Shipping policy

All Pampered by Amy products are shown in Australian dollars. All orders are sent from Hervey Bay, Queensland.  We ship by Australia Post or suitable courier. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.  If you’d like your order left in a secure location at home, please leave a note on your order and let us know, with any instructions. Please note – if you do request your order to be left, we are not liable for any losses which may occur.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours and should be received within 7 days of dispatch.  If your order has not arrived within 7 business days since placing your order, please email bookings@pamperedbyamy.com with your order number so we can look into this for you.

What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?

Please contact us bookings@pamperedbyamy.com to let us know what the problem is. We’re always interested to receive feedback. Then, send your products back in re-saleable condition (unopened and unused) within 30 days of the order date, and we will be happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit (postage not included).NB: Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them.If you have any queries about selecting skincare products, please email us as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that are right for you. Return address-

What if I receive the wrong items or they arrive damaged?

In this case, we’re happy to provide a replacement (if damaged) or an exchange (if incorrect), including all postage costs. Please make sure you email us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that your return must be sent back within 30 days of the order date, we will then send your replacement.
